The Maxdor 300 is the most versatile of our steel louvre doors ranges, and ideal for bin store doors, plant room doors and cycle store doors. Ideal for situations where protection and ventilation is critical.
Our steel louvre panel doors provide a full range of louvre panel options includes 305 x 305, 457 x 457, 600 x 600 and 457 x 1500. Our louvre doors are supplied as complete units consisting of the door frame, door leaf, range of thresholds, dogbolts and anti-jemmy strips.
With a wide range of hardware option and colours, our Louvred panel doors are suitable for a range of locations and installations and can combine ventilation, security and fire resistance in one quality built unit.
The doors can be manufactured to fit any sized structural opening, and our design team will work with you to make sure you get the best solution for your specific installation.
Powder-coated finish and weather seals as standard, our louvre doors are available in all formats single, double and leaf and a half.
Performance versions of the Maxdor Louvre door including security, fire and acoustic are also available. The louvre door range provides functionality and performance for retail, public and commercial buildings at entry-level and at economical prices.

Maxdor Louvred panel doors are fabricated using 1.5mm Zintec steel to the door frame and 1.2mm Zinteck steel to the door leaf. Door frames features a 90mm or 150mm front to back profile with integral single rebate.
45mm thick door leaf, with integral anti-jemmy strips and 6 or 9 dog bolts to suit the size of the door. Hinges are BS. EN 1935:2002 Grade 13 Stainless Steel. (4No. on standard doors, 6No. for oversize doors). Threshold options of Folded steel, aluminium DDA compliant and a double-ramped aluminium threshold are available.
Punched or Blade louvre options are available. In each door panel is the option of a louvre in the top section of the door, the bottom section, louvres top and bottom as well as a full width and height louvre.
Maxdor Louvred panel doors come with options for locking and operation.
- Deadlock with pull handles on one or both sides.
- Sashlock with lever/lever handles.
- Mortice lock with multipoint locking
- Keypad Codelock with integral lever handle.
Hardware can be upgraded to meet different access requirements. Options include:
- Deadlocks, Sashlocks or 5 lever deadlocks.

Security Door Cylinders are provided with the option of Brisant, Ultion Cylinders or Sold Secure diamond / TS007 3 star rated. Available as key/key, key/turn or key outside only.
Door security can be enhanced with door skins having 1.5mm or 2mm thickness and optional part timber infill.
Maxdor Louvre PR doors can be specified as either free swinging door sets or with door closers providing door control. Limit stays providing a restricted opening are also available.

Doors are available in a choice of standard RAL colours from the Interpon / Akzo-Nobel powder range. Minimum paint thickness is approx. 30 – 50 Microns. Optional include woodgrain colours, textured powder coating and the full RAL colour range.
