The Maxdor 201 security fire door is an ideal upgrade or replacement within an internal or external setting where security and fire resistance is required.
Supplied as complete units consisting of the door frame, door leaf, range of thresholds, dogbolts and anti-jemmy strips, our doors are made to measure, so you can be sure of an exact fit.

Product Details
Door leaf construction features bonded double skin steel arounded a rigid door core, giving a total steel armour thickness of 3-4mm. Door leaf 55mm thick from 1.5mm corrosion resistant Zintec/Aluzinc sheets.
Door infill comprises mineral wool and integral steel stiffeners. Two 1.5mm lockformed sheets as well as two steel skins around a rigid core. A total steel armour thickness of 3 – 4mm. Door astragals where fitted feature anti-jemmy feature.
Folded and welded door frame construction from 1.6mm Zintec/Aluzinc, with a fully welded, variable sub-frame providing protection from jemmying.
Thresholds are available as a 15mm rebated threshold, with option 5mm high DDA compliant and driveable version. Alternative DDA compliant 12·15mm Aluminium threshold.
U-Values of 2.4Wm2K using standard infill.
Hardware is available in several options to suit the level of door security required. Maxdor Scure FR doors come with a minimum of two high security locks or CEN grade 7 sashlock. Two locks are fitted in different positions on the door.
Door cylinders are europrofile double cylinders with security escutcheon. Cylinders are tested to BS EN 1303 security Grade 6 with patent protection to prevent key duplication. Anti-drill, keyed alike and master keyed systems are available.
Door frame comprises 4No. Class 13 stainless steel hinges and 4No. security dog bolts.

Doors are available in a choice of standard RAL colours from the Interpon / Akzo-Nobel powder range. Minimum paint thickness is approx. 30 – 50 Microns. Optional include woodgrain colours, textured powder coating and the full RAL colour range.
